                    PiCED offers a wide range of programs and services from SAT Prep classes to a lending library, from Mac Computer courses to leadership development workshops. PiCED's programs are developed to meet the high expectations of our mission, as we aim to provide cradle to college services that will allow our students to succeed academically, professionally and personally. All of our courses have been designed to meet research-based, educational best-practices and the specific learning needs of Pacific Islanders. 

                    PiCED maintains two locations:

                    Due to federal budget cuts, PiCED will be instituting fees for programs and services.

                    SAT Prep Course -- $75
                    This course helps students prepare for the SAT. It has 4 components: 3 subject areas (reading, writing, and math) that will be covered during instruction Monday through Friday and simulations on Saturdays that are used to familiarize students with test taking procedures. One course will be offered in the weeks prior to each scheduled SAT Test date.

                    College Counseling -- $75 per year
                    Students can speak to a Student Services Coordinator one-on-one about the college application process and receive help with applications, financial aid, and scholarships.

                    Fundamentals of Math (Assessment Required) -- $35
                    Geared for Elementary level. This course is designed to teach students fundamental principles in math to strengthen the skills needed to succeed in higher math classes and SAT math.

                    English (Assessment Required) -- $45
                    Geared for Elementary level. This course provides students with the essential basic elements of English grammar, focusing on grammatical concepts, language and sentence-level writing.

                    Basic Computer -- $20
                    This course is designed for students with little or no computer experience. It will cover basic typing and computing skills, basic internet research and Microsoft Office computer programs including Word, PowerPoint and Publisher.

                    Computer Lab -- Hourly Rates
                    The Computer Lab is now open to the public. Hours of Operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours are subject to change and dependent upon class schedules. Other Computer Lab Fees may apply, please call or visit for more information.

                    Copying, Faxing, Printing and Scanning Services are also available, please call for our current rates.
