PiCED's main office is located on the island of Tutu'ila in the US Territory of American Samoa, a Pacific Island nation.

Situated in the heart of the village of Nu'uuli, PiCED's building is in front of Panamex Pacific and across from the Nu'uuli Gas Station. 

(Note to off-island visitors: American Samoa's buildings do not have addresses.)
