June 20 - July 22, 2011: YES! Summer Internship Program
The goal of the YES! Summer Internship Program is to give our youth in American Samoa an opportunity to gain experience in the workforce while
exploring their career interests. The YES! Program has 2 parts: 1) 5 weeks of an internship in a field of interest 2) 6 weeks of Youth Leadership Development
classes. This year students completed internships at KVZK TV, Tradewinds Hotel, Haleck Island Motors, National Parks of American Samoa, PiCED, Samoa News, and KHJ Radio.
